Bananas Foster.  I cooked it for my first date with my wife.  She couldn't finish it, too sweet, too intense she said, just like me :-)

Now I'm somewhat obsessed with making the perfect Bananas Foster.  

Here, I will detail my trials, experimentations, tips.  Perhaps, like marriage, there is no "perfect," just an ongoing exploration and journey, which is the reward.  Nevertheless, I will continue my quest.  Hope you enjoy this as much as me!
